1. General Overview
At VR International Organic Farming Solution, we specialize in high-quality biological materials and agricultural supplies. Because our products range from living organisms (saplings, spawn, bulbs) to commercial hardware, our return policies are categorized by product segment to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

2. In-Store & Direct Handover Policy
For all purchases made at our facility or through direct physical handover:

Pre-Handover Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect all items (Bulbs, Saplings, Spawn, Systems, and Bags) before leaving the premises.

Final Sale: Once the material is checked and handed over, no returns, replacements, or refunds will be applicable. We cannot guarantee the viability of biological materials once they leave our controlled environment.

4. Reporting Damaged or Non-Viable Arrivals
We guarantee that all biological products (Saplings, Spawn, Bulbs) leave our center in peak health. If your order is damaged during transit:Timeline: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.Documentation: Email info@vrindia.co.in with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged plants/spawn and the shipping box.Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a one-time replacement (subject to seasonal availability) or a refund/store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once items are packed or handed to the courier, orders cannot be cancelled.

By Firm: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock inaccuracies, pricing errors, or delivery issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Important Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Improper Handling: Failure to unpack saplings or spawn immediately upon arrival.

Cultivation Failure: We provide high-quality "starts" (Spawn/Bulbs), but final growth depends on the customer's environmental conditions and care.

Incorrect Address: Deliveries failed due to incorrect customer-provided details.

7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping for Returns

Free Pickup: If your location supports it, we will arrange a free reverse pickup. Please retain the Receipt/POD provided by the courier.

Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the item via a reputable courier. The refund initiates upon the product reaching us undamaged.

8. Anti-Fraud & Fair Usage

To prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

Deduct shipping charges (₹99 per 0.5kg) if a customer is found returning excessive orders to exploit discounts or credit card points.

Refuse future orders or return requests from customers with a history of excessive returns.

9. Refund Policy & Procedures

A. Eligibility for Refund:- Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Perishables (Saplings/Spawn): Only if the item is proven "Dead on Arrival" or "Contaminated on Arrival" with photo evidence submitted within 24 hours.

Hard Goods (Bags/Systems): If the item is returned unused, in original packaging, and passes our warehouse quality inspection.

Cancellations: If the order is cancelled before it has been processed or dispatched.
B. Refund Method & Timeline

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 7–10 business days after approval.

Deductions: Please note that initial shipping charges, convenience fees, and any non-refundable banking transaction fees incurred during the original purchase will be deducted from the final refund amount.
C. Partial Refunds In cases of multiple-product orders where only a portion of the order is damaged or returned, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the specific affected items only.
D. Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds will be issued if:

The product is damaged due to improper handling or transplanting by the customer.

The sterile seal of a mushroom spawn packet has been broken.
-
The return is initiated after the stipulated 7-day window for non-perishable goods.
